User Interaction EventsOverview & Setup

What are User Interaction Events?

User Interaction Events are a group of events available to all Komo customers by default without the need for a specifically tailored integration. As opposed to Custom Events, User Interaction Events should be the same for all Komo customers.

This article lists and explains the attributes of these events.

These events are automatically pushed to your configured tag manager, enabling seamless integration with other analytics and marketing tools.

Supported Tag Managers

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): Events are pushed to the dataLayer array.
  • Adobe Launch Tag Manager: Events are pushed to the adobeDataLayer array.

You can use these data layers to create custom triggers, send data to analytics, or automate marketing workflows.

For more details, see the Komo Knowledge Base: Events Published to Tag Manager Data Layers.
